As stated above, International Freight is NOT cheap, but deliveries from Ruff Cycles directly is pretty quick, and the quality is ‘second to none’!
** PLEASE NOTE: Freight is EXTRA for ALL Ruff Cycle products listed on this website. Please contact us directly for the Shipping cost! When multiple products are ordered, shipping cost may vary, hence we may be able to offer you a better shipping rate. All Ruff Cycles products are shipped directly from Ruff in Germany, and delivered by DHL International Freight, so will therefore attract International Freight costs. Please be aware of this and order accordingly! Freight prices are set by Ruff Cycles/DHL, not by Custom Cruisers Australia.
CANCELLATION FEES
*** If any Store Product is ordered, then cancelled, the buyer is liable to pay all transaction fees (about 2.9%) caused to Custom Cruisers Australia, which will be deducted from any refund. This includes any product ordered by mistake without checking any freight costs first. We are charged “transaction fees” via our Merchant Facility provider so if it costs us to cancel, it will cost you. This applies if you either ‘Cancel’ OR “Change Your Mind’!
**** Custom Cruisers Australia ALSO have the right to charge a 20% CANCELLATION FEE if you choose to “Cancel” your order. IF YOU HAVE NOT HEEDED THE ADVICE ON THE WEBSITE AND CHECKED THE SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE YOU MAKE AN ORDER (This is clearly stated on every product page and several other information pages on the website!), AND YOU STILL WANT TO ‘CANCEL’ YOUR ORDER IF YOU DEEM THE SHIPPING/DELIVERY CHARGES ARE TOO HIGH, CUSTOM CRUISERS AUSTRALIA RETAIN THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A 20% CANCELLATION FEE.

Custom Bikes (Used)
CUSTOM CRUISERS AUSTRALIA is not liable to pay ‘Freight & Delivery’ costs associated with delivering any custom (used or new) bike listed on this website. Buyer must pay all associated freight and delivery charges. We can assist in organising delivery of our bikes via our trusted partner, Get My Ride Towing & Delivery (find them on our Partners page or search for them on Facebook). Prices are very reasonable and service is first class.
Local pickup can be arranged at any time. We may also deliver to any local area within 25km if pre-arranged.
